PLAN 02
Full Visa Application Support
Full support from document collection through final receipt — for those who want to save time.
YVLS WILL
- Collect required documents in Japan on your behalf from city halls, tax offices, Legal Affairs Bureaus, and other public authorities where legally permitted
- Provide a personalized document checklist
- Review and organize all supporting documents
- Prepare application forms and supporting explanations
- File the application with Immigration
- Handle requests for additional documents or explanations during the examination
- Receive the result notification
- Handle the process through final receipt of the COE or residence card, where applicable

- You may need to collect requested documents issued in your home country

Full Visa + Living Support
Full visa support from document collection through final receipt, plus practical support for starting your life in Japan.
YVLS WILL
- Include everything in Full Visa Application Support
- Guide essential procedures after arrival

- Assist with school, banking, mobile and local questions
- Continue supporting your transition into life in Japan

VISA RENEWAL
Renewal Application
For standard renewal applications when your current status of residence is approaching its expiration date.
¥66,000 tax included
Returning-client pricing applies to clients whose previous application was handled by YVLS.
CORPORATE / EXPAT
Corporate Expat Relocation
Immigration and practical relocation support for international assignees and corporate HR teams.
From ¥220,000 tax included
Pricing varies depending on whether support is for an individual assignee or an assignee relocating with accompanying family members, as well as the relocation services required.
Custom quotes are available for corporate relocation arrangements.
About additional expenses: Professional fees shown above include consumption tax. Government fees, certificate issuance fees, postage, translation fees, and other third-party expenses are not included and will be charged separately where applicable.
For Full Support plans, our professional service for obtaining eligible documents from Japanese public offices is included. Any official issuance fees or other actual expenses are charged separately.

Information on local and international schools, school procedures, appointment coordination, and practical guidance for families with children.
Everyday Life Information
Help finding practical services such as English-speaking medical facilities, Japanese language classes, gyms and public sports facilities, libraries, transportation information, and other everyday resources.
Everyday Troubleshooting
English-language support when something is unclear or goes wrong — including understanding notices, contacting local offices or service providers, and figuring out the next practical step.
IN-PERSON & ONLINE SUPPORT
Flexible Support, Wherever You Are
Living Support is available to clients throughout Japan through online video consultation and English-language guidance, with no consultation limit.
For clients within our local service area — Yokohama, Yokosuka, Kamakura, Zushi and Fujisawa — the plan also includes up to three in-person accompaniment visits where appropriate.
Additional in-person accompaniment is available for ¥10,000 per visit.

YVLS clients stay informed even after their application is finished.
We share practical updates on important changes and useful information
for everyday life in Japan, including immigration-related updates,
administrative procedures, public services, seasonal reminders,
and other information worth knowing.
We also keep you informed about upcoming visa renewals and possible
next steps for your status in Japan, such as permanent residence
or a change of status, where applicable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Before We Begin
If you cancel before YVLS has started professional work on your case, the professional fee will be refunded. Any actual expenses already incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

After Work Has Started
Once document collection, document review, application preparation, or other professional work has begun, any refund will depend on the work already completed and expenses already incurred.

After Filing
Once the application has been submitted to Immigration, professional fees are generally non-refundable.
IMPORTANT
Government fees, certificate issuance fees, postage, translation fees, and other third-party expenses already incurred are non-refundable.
An application denial is not treated as a cancellation. Any reapplication support or refund guarantee offered by YVLS is subject to the conditions stated in the applicable service agreement.
